Charles Green is an experienced and successful bootstrapper, entrepreneur and leader, having founded and led a number of businesses to successful exits. He has over 30 years of global experience founding, bootstrapping, building and scaling businesses across media, events, data, analytics and research, spanning both the financial services and technology sectors. He has successfully established businesses in London, Toronto, Dubai, Singapore and Sydney.

In addition to founding, leading and building companies, Charles is an experienced podcast host and keynote speaker, presenting at thought-leadership events in New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and across Australia.

In 2006, Charles founded the global, data-driven strategic insights provider RFi Group, which he grew and successfully exited in 2020. He was deeply hands-on in building and running the business, driving global growth, revenue and profitability, and was especially passionate about developing RFi Group’s brand, culture and team.

From 2006 until exit, Charles led RFi Group’s international expansion and strategic acquisitions. He oversaw the opening of offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Washington DC, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and Melbourne, and launched the company’s operations and programmes across 44 offshore markets.

RFi Group featured in the BRW Fast Starters in 2009 and 2010, and in the BRW Fast 100 List—recognising Australia’s fastest-growing companies—in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

 

In 2012 he co-founded RFi Roundtables, a data analytics benchmarking business, which he grew to a successful exit in 2018.

In 2018, he was selected as a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Awards.
